How can I place an order?

Click on your favorite items, select the desired quantity then “Add to Cart” button. When you are ready to purchase, go to “My Cart” at the top right of the website and click “CHECKOUT”.  At that point you will need to create an account or log into an existing account (in either case this information is only used for completing the transaction and delivery).  Choose your shipment & Payment click on You will get an order confirmation e-mail once the order is placed.

I do not have a credit card.  How can I still purchase your products?

Yes, there are two other options for you .You can use your Debit visa Card or PayPal.

f you do not have a PayPal account you can make one it is quite easy.

How do I use my coupon code?

How long do I have to wait to receive my parcel?

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once we ship your order (2-6 business days), you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to check the status of your order. Shipping time varies based on locations and are only estimations. Please note that during sale periods there may be a delay in shipping

Wrong or incomplete address
 – This is the most common cause for undeliverable shipments. You should always double–check if your address has all the necessary details for it to be transported. Contact the courier company once you have realized that your order was submitted using incomplete or wrong details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

We charge flat rate shipping. The shipping rate depends on your location.

Does my order come with a tracking number? How can I track my order?
